Legal Right of Withdrawal (France / EU): Pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period of 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.

Bellmont Gray Extended Commercial Guarantee: In addition to your statutory rights, Bellmont Gray offers an extended commercial guarantee allowing all customers to return items up to 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, returned products must satisfy the following conditions:

• Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its perfect original condition.
• Packaging & Tags: The item must be returned in its complete original packaging, with all original tags attached and all included accessories.
• Exclusions: Unless proven defective, customized products, unsealed underwear/hygiene goods, and designated final sale items cannot be returned.
